A simple easy breakfast that you make the night before put it in the fridge and grab the next day.
- Oats (I use Tesco basic)
- Almond milk
- Frozen fruit
Put it all in a mason jar or bowl or cup, mix and put in the fridge, in morning have it like it is or add yoghurt to it.
There are many variations that you can have, chocolate, peanut butter, coffee.. the choice is yours
Paleo Pancakes
This is a really simple breakfast, all you need is
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana
You mix it all together and then you pour it in to a hot pan
Paleo egg muffins
If you are bored of eggs then this is a recipe for you, all you need is
- Muffin tin greased
- eggs
- bacon to line the tin
- veg cut up to add to the eggs
You bake it in an oven at 180 for around 20 minutes till eggs are cooked, can have them as a snack or make a great breakfast or lunch
Most people love banana split with the cream and the fruit, here is a healthy version, which could be a breakfast or for a pre or post workout snack
- Banana
- Yoghurt or your choice
- frozen fruit
- honey

- 100g oats
3tbs peanut butter
2tbs make syrup
2tbs milk - Roll in to balls
Bake 180 for 15 minutes
